TourOpero started in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, as software to help local tour and transport operators manage their fleets across the Canadian Rockies. But we noticed they were constantly running with unsold spots. So we built this marketplace to let travelers grab those remaining spots at cost, starting from our home base in Alberta and expanding globally.

Tours running half-empty

Running tours and transfers is expensive. Operators have to pay for fuel, guides, and maintenance regardless of passenger count. If a tour departs with unsold spots, that's pure lost revenue that can never be recovered.

Filling spots, saving money

We solve this. When operators have unsold spots right before a trip, they list them here at rock-bottom prices just to cover costs. Travelers get a direct deal, and local companies don't leave money on the table.
